This Will is created to cater to practicing Muslims in accordance with the distribution principles of the Quran and the Sunnah.
Per the stipulations of the Quran, a Muslim Testator may only freely distribute up to 1/3rd of his/her entire estate as he desires. The remaining 2/3rds must be reserved for his legal heirs in accordance with the distribution system laid down by Islam.
